q. should I reserve my treatments?
yes, easily contact your butler or visit the spa to book the treatment at your earliest convenience so we may accommodate your schedule.

q. when should I arrive?
please arrive 15 minutes before the schedule at our spa room to check in and change.
or should the treatment will be done in your villa, our therapist will be arrive 15 minutes prior for preparation.

q. what if I have special health considerations?
please let us know if you are not feeling well, or if you have high pressure, blood allergies, area seeing doctor or if you are pregnant.

q. what shall I wear for the treatment?
we have disposable underwear for your convenience and comfort. we recommend you dress casually in case any aromatic oils remain on your skin following treatment. we respect your privacy and use draping cloth at all times.

q. what about my valuables?
please leave valuables in the safe in your villa, as we don’t assume any liability for personal items

q. what if I’m late for my appointment?
due to others reservation, we can’t extend your treatment time. Please understand and be aware the full benefits may not be felt if treatment is shortened.

q. when do I call to cancel a reservation?
please let us know 6 hours in advance because we have made special preparation for your appointment. 50% of the price will be charged should you do not cancel in advance

q. when do I pay for the appointment?
you may pay on arrival or will be automatically charge to your villa’s bill.

q. can I bring my mobile phone to spa?
yes, you can. however we would appreciate if you can put it under silent mode
